Tour Training on 4th and 8th March

We had two training sessions for the Taster Tour volunteers.  We had a tour of the basement to discuss the Colonel tour and then we had an activity in the Great Hall to discuss difficult situations.  We ended with a fabulous tour by Sally Dore of the West Hall, Great Hall, Cedar Stairs, East Hall, Diog and QA Bedroom.

Thank you to everyone who came along.  We all went away with some good ideas for our own tours and are thinking about developing a family tour.
